Falz & Mr Macaroni join #EndSARS car procession
Folarin Falana, better known by his stage name Falz the Bhad Guy, and comedian Debo Adebayo, better known by his stage name Mr Macaroni, have joined the car procession at the #EndSARSMemorial protest at the Lekki tollgate in Lagos.

Despite a ban on protests in Lagos and a large presence of armed police officers at the tollgate, this is happening.

Celebrities and other groups who arrived with their cars at the tollgate were seen waving Nigerian flags and honking horns while singing solidarity songs.

Last October, the tollgate was the epicentre of protests against police brutality and bad governance.

On October 20, 2020, gun-wielding soldiers dispersed youths who had gathered at the tollgate all day and night, an action that some believe resulted in the loss of lives.

This was followed by hoodlums in Lagos destroying private and public property, an incident that prompted the state's police to issue a protest ban.
