Kuje attack: Buhari summons security officials and chairs an emergency security meeting
Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, a few cabinet ministers, and all of the security and service chiefs will be present in the emergency National Security Council meeting that President Muhammadu Buhari has called.

According to African Examiner, Boss Mustapha, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, and Prof. Ibrahim Gambari, the President's Chief of Staff, also attended the security meeting.

Vice Admiral Awwal Gambo, the Chief of Naval Staff, was present at the meeting.

According to reliable sources, PRIME 9JA ONLINE has learned that the conference would discuss the security issues facing the country as a result of recent attacks on the Medium Security Custodial Center in Kuje, where high-profile Boko Haram convicts managed to escape.

The terrorists assaulted the Custodial Center in Kuje on Wednesday, and President Buhari went there to convey his dissatisfaction with the country's intelligence system.

Buhari expressed unhappiness with the intelligence system and its application after examining some of the attack's targets.

He said: “I am disappointed with the intelligence system. How can terrorists organize, have weapons, attack a security installation and get away with it?”
