Prof. Kingsley Moghalu, a previous Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), has encouraged the National Assembly to quick track enactment that would allow Nigerians in the Diaspora to cast a ballot in the 2023 general election.
Moghalu said permitting Nigerians in the diaspora to cast a ballot would give them a higher feeling of having a place.
