Benue governorship aspirant on the platform of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Mr Terver Akase has appointed Engineer Conrad Terhide Utaan as the Director General of his campaign organization.
Akase made the announcement in a statement issued by Special Assistant, Mathias Iyaha.
He also appointed Mr Nathaniel Ushahemba Nongu as the Director of Media in the campaign organization.
Akase expressed hope and confidence in the ability of Utaan and Nongu to perform their duties efficiently.
The statement added that other members of the campaign team will be announced soon.
Akase was Chief Press Secretary to Governor Samuel Ortom before resigning some weeks ago to concentrate on his ambition.
Recall that Ortom had on September 15, given all his appointees seeking elective positions in the forthcoming general elections 15 days ultimatum to resign.
