The President flew in from Banjul, the Gambia, where he attended the inauguration of President Adama Barrow’s second term in office.
Buhari was received by Governor Nasir El-Rufai and other top government officials.
The President is expected to commission some projects executed by the El-Rufai administration in Kaduna, Zaria, and Kafancan on Thursday and Friday.
