Muhammadu Buhari presides over FEC meeting
The Federal Executive Council (FEC) is currently conducting a virtual meeting in the Council Chambers of the presidential palace in Abuja under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari.

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Secretary to the Government of the Federation Boss Mustapha, President's Chief of Staff Professor Ibrahim Gambari, and Head of the Service of the Federation Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan are all physically present at the meeting.

Lai Mohammed, the minister of information and culture, Abubakar Malami, Babatunde Fashola, the minister of works and housing, and Mohammed Bello, the minister of the federal capital territory, are among the ministers physically present at the meeting.

Other cabinet members are participating virtually from their respective offices in Abuja.

Shortly before the commencement of the meeting, Ministers took turns to rejoice with Vice President Osinbajo, who is attending the meeting physically for the first time since he underwent surgery in July.

He had attended two cabinet meetings virtually while recuperating from the surgery.
