Nigerian court throws out suit seeking extradition of Abba Kyari to America

The Federal Government's attempt to extradite suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police Abba Kyari to the United States of America was dismissed by a Federal High Court in Abuja.

On the grounds that the application is incompetent, Justice Inyang Ekwo dismissed the lawsuit brought by Abubakar Malai, the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, in his decision on Monday.
