Ben Hundeyin, the Lagos State Police Command's public information officer, has insisted that musician BNXN will face consequences for spitting on a police officer.
The singer of "Buju," BNXN, detailed his incident with a police officer in a now-deleted tweet. The officer pulled, slapped, and tore BNXN's shirt, forcing him to spit on him, according to BNXN.
Spit in a police officer's face and it felt so wonderful, according to the deleted post. I allowed you to enter my car, then you pulled me aside, tore my shirt, and began slapping me. Everyone ought to cease right away, sic!
Ben Hundeyin responded to a screenshot of the tweet by stating that if the police officer's misconduct is proven, sanctions would be imposed and that BNXN will also be held accountable for the assault.
Hundeyin Tweeted: “@BNXN proudly tweeted that he ‘spat in a police officer’s face and it felt so good.’ He has since deleted the tweet
“The police officers will be sanctioned for their misbehavior if established, while @BNXN will surely answer for his assault on a police officer.”
