Leonardo Gabbanini, formerly of Watford, has joined Tottenham as their new chief scout.
Since earlier this summer, the Italian has left his position at Watford and Udinese, both of which are owned by the same family.
According to The Evening Standard, Gabbanini will collaborate with managing director Fabio Paritici.
In the upcoming transfer windows, the two will be responsible for scouting and acquiring the players that manager Antonio Conte wants.
This summer has been busy for Paritici, who will soon make another deal for Spurs.
Destiny Udogie, an Italian left-back who will return to Udinese on loan for this season, is almost certain to join the club.
