At least two people have been killed in a shooting attack on the Arum Inyi Police Division in Enugu State's Oji-River Local Government Area. The station has also been set on fire.
Channels Television learned that during the sad occurrence that happened in the early hours of Sunday, the gunmen also carried away weapons and ammo.

Two young men's dead were found by the station's outer fence and a burning police station was also visible in the viral footage.
Some persons within the background could be heard in the video identifying the two victims as policemen, but another person said he could only identify one of them as a policeman attached to the station.
Although the police authorities are yet to confirm the incident, a resident of the area said the attack happened on Sunday.
Efforts to reach the Public Relations Officer, Daniel Ndukwe at the time of this filing of this report proved abortive.
Gunmen have been attacking security formations in Enugu and other South-Eastern states.
Barely three weeks ago, gunmen attacked an army checkpoint in Amodu Awkunana in Nkanu West Local Government Area of Enugu State. Two persons were feared killed in the attack.
In September, the wife of a leader of a local vigilante operative in Umuopu, Enugu-Ezike, a community in the Igbo-Eze North Local Government Area of the state by gunmen. They also killed three police officers at New Haven, Enugu North Local Government Area of the state days later.
Also in September, members of the Labour Party (LP) who were holding a meeting in Awgu Community, Awgu Local Government Area of the state were attacked by gunmen.
