On Monday, October 10, 2022, the PDP's presidential campaign began in Uyo Akwa Ibom State. On Tuesday, October 11, President Muhammadu Buhari presented the vice presidential candidate of the party, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State, with a national award.
Before the party's campaign rally took place in the state on Monday, October 17, Atiku Abubakar was at Arewa House in Kaduna State on Saturday, October 15.
On Saturday, October 22, the PDP is set to have a campaign rally in Edo State, and on Thursday, October 27, the party's standard bearer will speak before the Commonwealth of Nations in the United Kingdom.
Ekiti State will have its turn on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, and Ondo State would have its time on Wednesday, November 2.
On Saturday, November 5, the rally train would travel to Katsina State; on Wednesday, November 9, Borno State would host the party; and on Thursday, November 10, Gombe would host the party.
On November 12, a campaign event in Kebbi State is set to take place, and on November 13, Atiku Abubakar and his crew will go to Zamfara State.
On Monday, November 14, Kwara State would be the turn, and on Tuesday, November 15, the team would be in Lagos State for a lecture at the Lagos Business School.
On November 16, the campaign event in Ogun State is set, and on November 17, the team will continue to Lagos State.
Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and his team will be in Abuja on Friday, November 18, for the birthday dinner of Senator Iyorchia Ayu, the PDP's national chairman, while the campaign rally in Jigawa State will take place on Saturday, November 19.
On Sunday, November 20, Kano State would host the event. The party train would then go to Ebonyi State on Wednesday, November 23, Enugu State on Thursday, and Osun State for the swearing-in of Senator Ademola Adeleke, the state's incoming governor who won the PDP's primary.
On Monday, December 5, the PDP Presidential Campaign resumes in Oyo State. On Tuesday, December 6, it returns to Osun State for a rally. On Thursday, December 8, it moves to Nasarrawa State.
On Saturday, December 10, it would be Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), and on Monday, December 12, it would be Plateau State's time.
Benue State would have a campaign rally on Tuesday, December 13, while Anambra State would host one on Thursday, December 15.
On Friday, December 16, for the state's annual Christmas Carol, the PDP standard-bearer and his entourage would go to Uyo in Akwa Ibom State, where the campaign had started. On Saturday, December 17, the campaign for the year 2022 would come to a finish in Imo State.
On Saturday, January 14, in Kogi State, the campaign rally resumes for the election year of 2023. On Monday, January 16, it proceeds to Rivers State.
Tuesday, January 17, is set aside for that of Cross River State, while the team will be in Delta State on January 24 for project commissioning. On January 25, the state will have its campaign rally.
Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and his group would visit Sokoto State on Saturday, February 28.
The PDP Presidential Campaign Rally will perform its grand finale in Adamawa State, the home state of its standard bearer, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, on Thursday, January 2. The final leg of the campaign rally is slated for Taraba State on Wednesday, February 1.
On Saturday, February 25, 2023, there will also be elections for the Senate and the Federal House of Representatives.
