Federal Polytechnic, Ede resumes for new semester

According to the Federal Polytechnic's Academic Board, the second semester of the academic year 2021–2022 will start on Saturday, November 5, 2022.

This information can be found in an internal document written by the institution's Establishment Affairs Officer, Elkanah Aruwajoye, and provided to journalists by the Polytechnic's Protocol, Media, and Public Relations Officer, Sola Lawal, on Friday in Osogbo.

The academic board discussed and approved the new semester's academic calendar at its meeting on Thursday, the memo claims.

It stated that the commencement of the new semester would be on Saturday and that classes would begin on November 7.

The memo also urged all the returning students to adhere strictly to the institution’s dress code and be a good ambassador of the school.

It said that lectures and other academic activities would commence on Monday.

“On behalf of the chairman and members of the academic board, I wish to welcome  returning students to a crisis free semester.

“The foregoing is for the information and compliance of members of staff, parents and guardians as well as returning students of the Polytechnic.”
