Naira depreciates by 0.15 per cent exchanges at N446.67 to dollar

At the Investors and Exporters window, the naira traded for N446.67 to the dollar on Tuesday, a devaluation of 0.15 per cent from N446 to the dollar it traded for on Monday.

On Tuesday, the open indicative rate reached a high of N443.90 to the dollar.

Before it closed at N446.67, the highest exchange rate ever seen during the day's trade was N447 to the dollar.

During the course of the day's trade, the Naira fell as low as N432 to the US dollar.

On Tuesday, transactions at the official Investors and Exporters window totalled 84.89 million dollars.
