Wednesday, the naira traded at the Investors and Exporters Window at 446.67 to the dollar.
The value of the local currency remained unchanged from Tuesday, while the open indicative rate on Wednesday closed at N443.88 to the dollar.
Before it closed at N446.67, the highest exchange rate ever seen during the day's trade was N447 to the dollar.
In the course of the day's trading, the naira fell as low as 432 to the dollar.
At the official Investors and Exporters window on Wednesday, foreign exchange transactions totalling 86.41 million dollars were made.
