Victor Eletu has been signed by AC Milan on a professional contract after an impressive youth career.
Eletu, a Lagos Nigerian native, was discovered in the Prince Kazeem Eletu Academy and eventually joined the initial AC Milan roster.
He was only recently elevated to the captain of the under-19 squad by the team's head coach, Ignacio Abate.
The player's agent, Allele Celestine, and Rafael Leao's agency, Ted Dimvula, served as the young Nigerian's attorneys throughout the contract discussions.
Luca Bendoni, a transfer expert, reported the arrangement on Twitter.
“17yo midfielder Victor Ehuwa Eletu has signed his first pro contract with AC Milan. What’s the thing?”
In addition, he disclosed that Rafael Leao’s agent had offered to meet with him to discuss the player’s contract status, adding that Milan was still interested in maintaining the Chelsea target.
