Nwosu stated during a news conference on Thursday in Abuja that he was unaware of the entire situation.
"We respect institutions, and we are a highly disciplined party, but at this time, the party does not have any documentation from the court about the ruling, so it would be inappropriate to comment on the matter.
He added that we haven't received any judgement papers from the court, so we can't make any assumptions.
Nwosu stated that he continued to see the rumour of his alleged removal by a court as speculative because it lacked any supporting evidence.
The executive committee of the ADC led by Nwosu was declared invalid on Tuesday, according to the News Agency of Nigeria.
In her decision, Justice Binta Nyako also upheld the reliefs requested by the Sen. Patricia Akwashiki-led faction of the ADC, stating that as the defendants did not contest the allegations that they desired to extend their tenure, the allegations were taken as acknowledged.
The court additionally declared that because the ADC was bound by its constitution, the defendants' conduct were illegal, invalid, and unenforceable.
The court further declared that the activities had no bearing on the law and mandated the holding of a special convention to elect the party's national chairman and members of its National Working Committee (NWC).
Prior to the court's decision, the party had been engaged in a protracted conflict with Dumebi Kachikwu, the expelled presidential candidate who was charged with anti-party activity.
Despite the fact that the party may not have received much attention, according to Nwosu, it has been constant and operating in the background.
He said that despite the party's lack of a presidential candidate for the 2023 election, 1,411 persons were running for other elected offices at various levels.
According to him, the party's goal was to win 25% of all other elected seats across the federation as well as seven strategically important state governorships.
The celebration, he claimed, would not be sidetracked by moles that had been put there to ruin it.
In order to submit the names of its returning officers for the general election of 2023, Nwosu also stated that the party was coordinating with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
We have 1,411 candidates running in the next elections at various levels around the federation, and we don't want to get sidetracked.
Additionally, we sent some of our agents to INEC for training on uploading election results, and we've been in touch with them constantly, added Nwosu.
He continued by saying that because the party doesn't have a presidential candidate for 2023, it may eventually decide to support any of the major political party's nominees.
