Just in: Fire razes residential building in Ikosi Ketu, Lagos

 On Monday night, a residential structure on Aladelola Street in the Lagos neighbourhood of Ikosi Ketu was allegedly destroyed by fire.

As of the time, this story was filed, the fire was still burning, but firefighters and other emergency personnel were battling to douse it.

It was learned that the water in the fire department truck's initial tank ran out before another truck arrived.

As the building was being destroyed by the fire, residents could be seen crying out in terror.
