The former African champions also retained their top spot in the Africa rankings.
The top five teams on the continent are South Africa, Cameroon, Ghana, and Cote d'lvoire.
On the global stage, the world champions, the United States of America, maintained their top ranking.
Germany moved up to second place, with Sweden in third place.
The top five teams in the world are completed by England and France.
On March 24, 2023, the next FIFA/Coca-Cola Women's World Ranking will be released.
