Twitter is down? Users report brief outage

 

Twitter suffered a brief outage on Sunday evening around 3 p.m. after experiencing problems loading tweets.

On December 11, 3:04 p.m., over 2,138 outages were reported on Twitter, according to Downdetector.

However, because it was not a major outage, many users were able to access the microblogging site.
