If elected president of Nigeria in February 2023, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP) has pledged to safeguard Nigerians from banditry, terrorism, and kidnapping.
He promised families free education at every level, from high school through college, as part of his campaign.
The former governor of Kano State made this assertion at a rally in Lafia.
He stated that in light of everything they had to endure at the hands of criminals, terrorists, and bandits, the Nigerian people had it to themselves to overthrow the APC.
“Who is happy with the price of commodities in the market; who is happy with the kidnapping and endless killing of citizens in Nigeria; so vote APC out,” he urged his supporters.
Alhaji Abdullahi Yakubu Maidoya, the NNPP candidate for governor of Nasarawa State, began his speech by saying that the people of Nasarawa State are sick of living “under bandage in the hands of wrong leaders.”
He voiced confidence that the NNPP would be well received in the state and his candidature for governor, and he urged the people to elect him.
The NNPP governorship candidate claimed that his party was the only one capable of permanently improving Nigeria.
