Adamawa 2023: Aisha Binani’s victory inevitable – Pauline Tallen

Senator Aisha Binani is generally anticipated to be the next governor of Adamawa after President Muhammadu Buhari officially launched her campaign, according to Minister of Women Affairs Pauline Tallen.

Tallen commended the president for supporting Binani, the only woman running for governor of Adamawa State on the All Progressives Congress (APC) ticket.

Because of this, she stated, “Nigerian Women are truly hopeful of victory for Binani. By this singular act, Mr President has shown that he is a true gender champion and an unrivalled progressive.

“We are also grateful to the good people of Adamawa, men and women, young and old, who came out in their large numbers to support the candidature of our sister.

“With the unprecedented crowd and different solidarity messages, the victory of this noble state woman who has defied all odds to reach this level is assured.”

She expressed gratitude to the spouses of governors, female ministers, female heads of MDAs, and members of civil society organisations, as well as APC National Chairman Abdullahi Adamu and Presidential Candidate Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.

She reaffirmed the federal government’s resolve to improve the narratives surrounding the engagement of Nigerian women.
