Enoch Adeboye: God hasn’t spoken on Nigeria’s next president

The Redeemed Christian Church of God's pastor, Enoch Adeboye, has hinted that God hasn't revealed the candidate for president in the upcoming 2023 elections.

The renowned pastor made his assertion on January 7 at Redemption City on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway in Ogun State. The "Wonderful" service was a portion of the regular Holy Ghost Service.

Adeboye asked all RCCG members and Nigerians to be ready to exercise their right to vote by having their Permanent Voter Cards available to use, regardless of whether God determines the winner before or after the presidential election on February 25.

“You may say the election is next month, and He has not spoken until now. I advise that you get your PVCs ready.

“If He doesn’t speak before the elections, then be ready to vote as your spirit leads. If He tells me, well, I may tell you or I may not,” he said.

Speaking to the congregation about other prophecies that might have been heard on the winner, Adeboye said that it is crucial to listen to only the words of God and to discard bogus prophecies. He was referring to other prophecies that might have been heard about the winner.

In addition, the RCCG pastor urged the assembly to keep themselves holy to listen to God’s voice and act on His instructions without being misled by false prophecies.
