Professor Paul Annune, the INEC Collation officer in Kwara State, announced that the total number of registered voters in the State was 1,695,928. The total valid votes cast were 469,971, with rejected votes totalling 26,712. The total number of votes cast was 496,683.
Tinubu's victory was significant as he swept all 16 Local Government Areas (LGAs) in the State. His victory was attributed to his popularity among the electorate, as well as his campaign promises, which resonated with the people.
