This afternoon, Google's email service, Gmail, appears to have crashed.
According to Down Detector, the issue, which began around 1:08 p.m., is affecting users worldwide.
However, our correspondent discovered that Nigerians can still use the Gmail service.
Although the cause of the outage is unknown, more than 7,400 issues have been reported on Down Detector.
Gmail problems have been reported by users all over the world, with the majority coming from London.
When attempting to access their emails, many appeared to receive a 502 error.
"The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request," said the error message.
While that issue appears to affect UK users predominantly, others reported problems getting into Gmail from other countries including Spain and Kenya.
Gmail has some 1.5 billion users worldwide.
