Bashir Ahmad, a former advisor to ex-President Muhammadu Buhari, has responded to the decision of famed musician and record label head, David Adeleke, nicknamed Davido, to erase a brief portion from the controversial video of his signee, Logos Olori's new single 'Jaye Lo' that he uploaded on Twitter.
Some others were seen praying and dancing in front of a mosque in the video uploaded by the famed artist.
The video was widely condemned, with many urging for the artist to delete it and apologize to Muslims for "disrespecting" Islam.
After first dismissing the accusations, Davido removed a "offensive" video from his Facebook over the weekend.
And, in response to the news, the Kano-born politician and former House of Representatives candidate stated that, it was good to learn that Davido had “deleted the offensive and hurtful video.”
