The NYSC management asserted that this advertisement is not affiliated with the NYSC and is the creation of fraudsters with the intention of scamming unsuspecting Nigerians, especially current and former Corps members, out of their resources.
According to the NYSC, the NYSC Trust Fund is still awaiting President Bola Tinubu's approval. Consequently, any NYSC Portal or link claiming to facilitate registration for the fund is deceptive.
The organisation has assured the public that once the Trust Fund becomes law, the procedures for accessing it will be officially communicated through print and electronic media, as well as the NYSC's official social media channels.
In a statement signed by Eddy Megwa, Director of Press and Public Relations, the NYSC issued a warning, advising individuals not to fall victim to fraudsters.
