Mikel Obi was less than impressed with Chelsea's performance against Everton, stating that Cucurella and Broja did not meet the standards he associates with his former club.
The ex-Nigerian international also expressed reservations about Jackson and voiced his desire to see improved performances from Fernandez and Caicedo.
“Cucurella is not Chelsea standard. We need to see more from Caicedo and Enzo – two really good players who need time. Broja is not at the Chelsea level,” the retired footballer said in his latest Podcast episode.
“I have my doubts on Jackson. We need a striker. Victor Osimhen would give us goals when he comes to Chelsea.”
