Osas Ighodaro: Relocating to Nigeria changed my life
Osas Ighodaro, a producer and actor in Nollywood, has taken some time to consider her path over the past ten years.

The actress, who lived in America before opting to move to Nigeria ten years ago, claims that her choice was not a mistake.

The journey to Nigeria ten years ago, according to Ighodaro, a co-host at the recently held Headies awards in Atlanta, changed her life irrevocably.

“10 years ago, on this day, I embarked on a journey to Nigeria – not my first trip to Naija – but certainly a trip that changed my life….forever,” said Ighodaro.

“For me, the element of water encapsulates a beautiful representation of my time in Naija thus far; my flow, my fight and my freedom.

“I was meant to stay in Naija for just six months and here I am 10 years later. I’m forever grateful for my journey thus far and I look forward to what’s to come. God’s plan is always the best and I’m grateful to celebrate this,” she said.

The seductive actress, who has lived in Nigeria for ten years, shared a choreographed dance video on her Instagram profile while dancing with other dancers to the song "water no get enemy" by Fela Kuti.
