Peter Obi, the Labour Party's (LP) presidential candidate, has arrived in Abuja for the hearing of a post-election dispute.
Obi had filed a request to inspect sensitive materials used by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in the February 25 elections.
However, the electoral body has stated that the bimodal voter accreditation system (BVAS) must be reprogrammed ahead of the March 11 elections.
Obi was accompanied to court by the party's national chairman, Julius Abure.
Obi had previously cancelled his campaign tour for the party's governorship and state assembly candidates, claiming he was going to court to reclaim his "stolen mandate."
